Entertainment Technology Partners is Hiring a Building Superintendent Near Orlando, FL

The Building Superintendent will ensure completion of facility needs, coordinate tasks related to upkeep, and supervise the repair of assigned facilities, including building(s), grounds, fixtures and related maintenance equipment.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

Oversee the planning and execution of routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal functioning of facilities
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions
Collaborate with other departments to plan for future space requirements and expansions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and safety inspections. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the facilities management function
Optimize the use of available space within the facilities, considering the needs of various departments
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or safety

Base Salary Range: $54,678/yr - $81,030/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
